Why Tech Stack Mastery?
Hi Ed here, in my experience, when we use the right software for the right job, it reduces overwhelm and allows us to be more productive in other areas of our business.
As business owners we need to spend more time dialing in our ideal client message to improve ROI and less time on computer tech.
My goal at TSM is to take the mystery out of tech and help you to focus on what you do best in your company. The better job the software does, the quicker you get to spend time with family and whatever else your heart desires.
In 1981 I started my career in computer sales right out of college. Immediately, I was drawn to how software could ease overwhelm. I've literally studied and learned several hundred software applications since this time.
I’ve started and grew three successful businesses and I would say buying the right software has been the big differentiator for me.
When done right, your tech stack can help you to optimize your workflow so you get more of the right things done. This enables you to grow to your heart's content often without needing a large staff to support you.
Where To Start?
First, learn to manage your emotions.
What you will notice on this website, is my focus on slowing things down so you make optimal thought-out decisions.
There are a lot of SAAS companies out there, and most will solve some aspect of your essential need, but most don't do a good job at it because they don't know what it's like to be in your shoes. They guess most of the time and then backpedal to get it right.
It is rare that a software app solves your entire problem. Go in with the expectation, if you get 75% of your problem solved, you are doing good. Hopefully my recommendations nail it for you and you get a higher % of your need solved.
There are two high leverage areas I focus on even in my own business to make it run more efficiently: Software and Mindset.

You can, and should expect, we've vetted all recommendations.
I've got miles of scar tissue from thinking I would get a certain result. I've invested hundreds (recently thousands of hours) on products I had high hopes for, only to be disappointed because the leadership failed to listen what the users wanted.
Recently, after wasting 3 years and thousands of hours buying into a well known marketers vision, I declared NO MORE Beta Testing.
This issue has created an attitude in me. Now, my criteria is high because I have a chip on my shoulder about people wasting my time. So it's natural for me to do everything I can to stop others from wasting your time.
TSM won't post affiliate links for the sake of making money. (In time, you'll see I actually mean this.)
