One of my favorite planning and funnel planning tools is MarketPlan.io. It's actually fun to use this tool and extremely useful for planning out your funnels and customer path. Reduces overwhelm. It provides a visual way of mapping your funnels or website.
MarketPlan.io can also count people who land on your pages. It provides instant feedback as to where people are stopping in your funnel so you can troubleshoot your funnel more effectively.
This product has paid for itself several times over in just the reduction in overwhelm I experience just using it before I lift a finger to building any pages.

Radaar
I've been using Radaar for a few months now and love it. I like being able to separate my brands. I have not run across any bugs so I am happy about that. The company has really nice training videos and has their pulse on what the market is wanting. I can schedule out in advance any of my post. It has multi level entry to allow team members limited access. Has social monitoring of multiple social media accounts so I can respond to post without leaving platform. Hashtag manager for seeing what is trending. URL shortener tool. Even a webpage builder. Collaboration and subscriptions.

Heartbeat
Private Communities are the way to go these days. There are plenty to choose from. I like simple to administer and simple for participants to navigate. Heartbeat meets this criteria for me. Leadscripts
LeadScripts connects you to ChatGPT the right way. You see, the problem with ChatGPT is you have to feed it the right data to get good information out, especially when it has to do with copywriting. Leadscripts does it correctly. LeadScripts is my tool of choice for writing headlines, bullets, email sequences and even SEO. The tool is very easy to understand and use. I also use Peppertype, Email Writr, and Rytr and they don't even come close. They even have a free trial so you can test it out. Using LeadScripts to help you with your site and email copy is indispensable!

FTC Guardian
It goes without saying, if you don't protect yourself, all your work was for nothing. AND if you get fined, it makes things even worse. FTC Guardian is a legal firm who has made it their life to protect the small business person. I've seen a lot of "work arounds" to the legal aspects of your pages and other behaviors implied in your copy. FTC makes sure you know the law and gives you lots of support to make sure you don't miss something and most importantly, take it seriously. ResponseSuite
As a certified ASK Method expert, I have created a lot of survey funnels over the past few years. I actually own several products to collect survey data, and will list them below as secondary tools. They are all good, but I personally like the workflow of ResponseSuite. The interface is easy to understand once you complete a couple of surveys. The founder is an internet marketer and you can tell he's included all the needed features to cover all the bases. It's a great product. You may ask "Why not use HighLevel?" My answer is, I find it easier to capture my data into a platform I own for lifetime so it can sit there and I can download when I like if ever I need to. Finally, if you use a 3rd party email service ResponseSuite connects to 21 different platforms and has an HTML feature in case your email service is not on the list.

When you don't use an All-In-One system like Groove or HighLevel it can get overwhelming tracking all the things that need to be tracked. The stand alone ideal, reasonably priced, email system Collect subscribers, strengthen customer relationships, automate workflows and monetize your audience with MailerLite’s advanced email marketing features. As of June 2023, you get up to 1000 subscribers before you have to pay. A very generous value.
